أبو غالب صاحب المحجن، واسمه حزور
Abu Ghalib, the man with the staff, whose name was Hazawwar
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8038 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When you
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا جَهْوَرُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا مَرَرْتُمْ بِأَرْضٍ قَدْ أَهْلَكَ اللهُ أَهْلَهَا، فَأَجِدُّوا السَّيْرَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you pass by a land whose inhabitants Allah has destroyed, pass through it quickly."
