حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْجَوْهَرِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ بِشَفَاعَةِ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَكْثَرُ مِنْ عَدَدِ مُضَرَ، وَيَشْفَعُ الرَّجُلُ فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، وَيَشْفَعُ عَلَى قَدْرِ عَمَلِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Through the intercession of one man from my Ummah, more people than the number of the tribe of Mudar will enter Paradise. A man will intercede for his household, and his intercession will be according to his deeds."
