Qazaah bin Yahya, the freed slave of Ziyad, from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7985 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ السَّدُوسِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بِلَالٍ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ، ثنا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ أَبُو حَمَّادٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَبَانُ بْنُ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ، عَنْ قَزَعَةَ، مَوْلَى زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «الصَّلَاةُ الْمَكْتُوبَةُ تُكَفِّرُ مَا قَبْلَهَا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ الْأُخْرَى، وَالْجُمُعَةُ تُكَفِّرُ مَا قَبْلَهَا الْجُمُعَةُ الْأُخْرَى، وَشَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ يُكَفِّرُ مَا قَبْلَهُ إِلَى شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَالْحَجُّ يُكَفِّرُ مَا قَبْلَهُ إِلَى الْحَجِّ»
ثُمَّ قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ أَنْ تَحُجَّ إِلَّا مَعَ زَوْجٍ أَوْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ»
ثُمَّ قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ أَنْ تَحُجَّ إِلَّا مَعَ زَوْجٍ أَوْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ»
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah al-Bahili (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The obligatory prayer is an expiation for the sins before it until the next prayer, Jumu'ah is an expiation for the sins before it until the next Jumu'ah, the month of Ramadan is an expiation for the sins before it until the next Ramadan, and Hajj is an expiation for the sins before it until the next Hajj."
Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not lawful for a Muslim woman to perform Hajj except with a husband or a mahram."
