Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7928 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Dry ablution

حَدَّثَنَا عَلَّانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ مَاغمَةُ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «التَّيَمُّمُ ضَرْبَةٌ لِلْوَجْهِ، وَضَرْبَةٌ لِلْكَفَّيْنِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Dry ablution (tayammum) is one strike for the face and one strike for the two palms."
