Safwan al-Asamm al-Tai from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7590 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى، ثنا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، وصَفْوَانُ الْأَصَمُّ الطَّائِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ يَقُولُ: «الْعَارِيَةُ مُؤَدَّاةٌ، وَالْمَنِيحَةُ مَرْدُودَةٌ، وَالزَّعِيمُ غَارِمٌ»
«وَالْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ»
«وَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»
«وَالْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ»
«وَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "A borrowed item must be returned, a gift (of a milch animal) must be given back, and the guarantor is liable."
"And the child belongs to the owner of the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone."
"And there is no bequest for an heir."
