أبو سلام الأسود، عن أبي أمامة
Abu Sallam al-Aswad from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7519 — the Prophet ﷺ wiped over his leather
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُونُسَ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، وثَوْبَانَ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ مَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ بَعْدَمَا بَالَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah and Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wiped over his leather socks after urinating.
