حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا ابْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنِ الصُّنَابِحِ قَالَ: أَبْصَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ نَاقَةً حَسَنَةً فِي إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ: «قَاتَلَ اللهُ صَاحِبَ هَذِهِ النَّاقَةِ» ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي ارْتَجَعْتُهَا بِبَعِيرٍ مِنْ حَاشِيَةِ الْإِبِلِ قَالَ: «فَنِعْمَ إِذَنْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sunabih (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a fine she-camel among the camels of zakah and said: "May Allah destroy the owner of this she-camel." He said: O Messenger of Allah, I took it in exchange for an ordinary camel. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then that is very well."
