صعصعة بن معاوية بن حصين بن عبادة بن نزال بن مرة بن عبيد بن الحارث بن عمرو بن سعد بن زيد مناة بن تميم بن مرة، عم الأحنف بن قيس كان ينزل البصرة
Sasaah bin Muawiyah bin Husayn bin Ubadah bin Nazzal bin Murrah bin Ubayd bin al-Harith bin Amr bin Sad bin Zayd Manah bin Tamim bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the paternal uncle of al-Ahnaf bin Qays, who lived in Basrah

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ صَعْصَعَةَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَمِّ الْأَحْنَفِ قَالَ: " قَدِمْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: {فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ، وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ} [الزلزلة: ٨] ، فَقُلْتُ: وَاللهِ، لَا أُبَالِي أَنْ لَا أَسْمَعَ غَيْرَهَا حَسْبِي حَسْبِي "
Sayyiduna Sa'sa'ah bin Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him), the paternal uncle of al-Ahnaf, said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and heard him (peace and blessings be upon him) reciting this verse: "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it" [Surah al-Zalzalah: 8]. I said: By Allah, I do not care if I hear nothing besides it; this is enough for me, this is enough.
