حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الشَّرِيدِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا كَانَ أَحْوَجَ إِلَيْهِ»
Amr bin al-Sharid (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, Sayyiduna al-Sharid (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The neighbour has more right to his adjoining property, so long as he is more in need of it."
