Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7152 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The first

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الرَّاسِبِيِّ، ثنا مُهَلَّبُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ، ثنا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَوَّلُ مَا يُرْفَعُ مِنَ النَّاسِ الْخُشُوعُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Shaddad bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The first thing to be taken away from people will be humility (khushu')."
