حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا دُحَيْمٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ كَتَمَ غَالًّا فَهُوَ مِثْلُهُ، وَمَنْ جَامَعَ الْمُشْرِكَ وَسَكَنَ مَعَهُ فَإِنَّهُ مِثْلُهُ»
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "Whoever conceals one who has stolen from the spoils of war is like him, and whoever associates with a polytheist and lives with him is like him."
