حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الطَّبَّاعُ، ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، قَالَ: قَالَ سَمُرَةُ بْنُ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ»
Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever kills someone, his belongings are his."
