Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6854 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered us

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ الصُّورِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَعْتَدِلَ فِي السُّجُودِ وَلَا نَسْتَوْفِزَ»
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to be balanced in prostration and not to be in a restless state (crouching up).
