Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6809 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whichever woman

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ، فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whichever woman is married off by two guardians, she belongs to the first of them (to marry her off), and whichever man sells one item to two men, it belongs to the first of them (to buy it)."
