Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6805 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The buyer

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَزَّازُ، ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثنا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، وَيَأْخُذُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The buyer and the seller both have the option (to cancel) as long as they have not separated, and each of them should take (benefit) from the sale according to what he is pleased with."
