Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6775 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave judgement

حَدَّثَنَا الْمُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَيَّارٍ الشِّيرَازِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى الْبَاهِلِيُّ، ثنا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْجِوَارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgement in favour of the neighbour (regarding pre-emption, shuf'ah).
