Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6640 — the Prophet ﷺ used to say: It

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: " بِحَسْبِ امْرِئٍ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ، أَنْ يَقُولَ: اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَدْخِلْنِي الْجَنَّةَ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "It is sufficient for a man, when supplicating, to say: O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and admit me into Paradise."
