حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُوَيْرِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا: «أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ مَاتَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سِتٍّ وَسِتِّينَ سَنَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) died at the age of sixty-six.
