Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6110 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Let

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَارُودِيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّبَالِيُّ، ثنا زِيَادٌ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ نِدَاءُ بِلَالٍ أَحَدَكُمْ مِنْ سُحُورِهِ، فَإِنَّمَا بِلَالٌ يُؤَذِّنُ لِيُرَجِّعَ قَائِمَكُمُ الَّذِي فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَيُنَبِّهَ نَائِمَكُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Let the call of Bilal not keep any of you from his pre-dawn meal (suhur), for Bilal calls the adhan only so that the one standing in prayer may return and the one asleep may wake up."
