Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5804 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed

حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُمَحِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فِيمَا يَبْدُو لِلنَّاسِ، وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ، وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فِيمَا يَبْدُو لِلنَّاسِ، وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, a man does the deeds of the people of Paradise before people, while he is of the people of Hell; and indeed, a man does the deeds of the people of Hell before people, while he is of the people of Paradise."
