Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5715 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The best
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، وَأَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، قَالَا: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ سَهْلٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «خَيْرُ قَبَائِلِ الْأَنْصَارِ دُورُ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ، ثُمَّ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ، ثُمَّ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ، ثُمَّ بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ، وَفِي كُلِّ الْأَنْصَارِ خَيْرٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best of the tribes of the Ansar are the households of Banu al-Najjar, then Banu Abd al-Ashhal, then Banu al-Harith, then Banu Sa'idah; and in all of the Ansar there is good."
