حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ: «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنِ اسْتُشْهِدَ يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ، سَعْدُ بْنُ حِبَّانَ، حَلِيفٌ لَهُمْ مِنْ بِلَيٍّ»
Urwah said that among the Ansar who were martyred on the Day of al-Yamamah, then from Banu Sa'idah, is the name of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Hibban (may Allah be pleased with him), who was their ally from the tribe of Baliyy.
