Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5418 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I am

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ مُبَشِّرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنَا النَّبِيُّ لَا كَذِبْ، أَنَا ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، أَنَا أَعْرَبُ الْعَرَبِ، وَلَدَتْنِي قُرَيْشٌ، ونَشَأْتُ فِي بَنِي سَعْدِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، فَأَنَّى يَأْتِينِي اللَّحْنُ؟»
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I am the Prophet, that is no lie; I am the son of Abd al-Muttalib. I am the most eloquent of the Arabs; Quraysh gave birth to me, and I grew up among Banu Sa'd bin Bakr. So how could an error of speech come to me?"
