حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي الصَّلْتُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمِّي أُمُّ سَعِيدٍ بِنْتُ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، وَهُوَ سَعْدُ بْنُ مَالِكِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، أَنَّهَا: سَمِعَتْ أُمَّ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بِنْتَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ تُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِيهَا، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: أُصِيبَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ، فَاسْتَقْبَلَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ فَمَصَّ جُرْحَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى مَنْ خَالَطَ دَمِي دَمَهُ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَالِكِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ»
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the day of Uhud the blessed face of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was wounded, so Malik bin Sinan (may Allah be pleased with him) came forward and sucked the blood from the wound of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He said: "Whoever would like to see the one whose blood has mixed with my blood, let him look at Malik bin Sinan."
