Chapter: The Throne shook at the death of Sad bin Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5314 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: This

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ النَّسَائِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَاهَوَيْهِ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْقَزِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «هَذَا الَّذِي تَحَرَّكَ لَهُ الْعَرْشُ، وَفُتِحَتْ لَهُ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ، وَشَهِدَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ مِنِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ، لَقَدْ ضُمَّ ضَمَّةً، ثُمَّ فُرِّجَ عَنْهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is the one for whom the Throne moved, for whom the gates of heaven were opened, and (at whose funeral) seventy thousand angels were present. He was squeezed once, then this constriction was removed from him."
