حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ، ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ، وَإِنَّهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ شَيْءٌ، وَمَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَوْ خَلَفَهُ فِي أَهْلِهِ فَإِنَّ لَهُ مِثْلَ أَجْرِ الْغَازِي فِي أَنَّهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنَ الْغَازِي شَيْءٌ»
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever gives a fasting person food to break his fast will have a reward equal to that of the fasting person, and this will not reduce anything from the fasting person's reward. And whoever equips a fighter in the path of Allah, or looks after his family in his absence, will have a reward equal to that of the fighter, and this will not reduce anything from the fighter's reward."
