Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5188 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ»

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the slave woman of one of you commits adultery, let him flog her; then if she commits adultery, let him flog her; then if she commits adultery, let him flog her; then if she commits adultery, let him sell her, even if for a rope of hair."
