حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ مَعَ عَلِيٍّ، زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ بَدْرِيٌّ»
It is narrated through the son of Abu Rafi': Among the names of those who took part (in the battles) with Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): Sayyiduna Zayd bin Aslam (may Allah be pleased with him), of the Ansar, a Companion who fought at Badr.
