Thabit bin Mirdas from Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 5102 — from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam; he said

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعُمَرِيُّ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأُوَيْسِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، قَالَ: أُتِي ابْنُ زِيَادٍ بِرَأْسِ الْحُسَيْنِ، فَجَعَلَ يَجْعَلُ قَضِيبًا فِي يَدِهِ فِي عَيْنِهِ وَأَنْفِهِ، فَقَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ: «ارْفَعِ الْقَضِيبَ» ، فَقَالَ: لِمَ؟ فَقَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ فَمَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ»
Thabit bin Mirdas narrates from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The head of Sayyiduna al-Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) was brought to Ibn Ziyad, and he began poking at its eye and nose with a stick he held in his hand. So Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Remove the stick. He asked: Why? He said: I have seen the mouth of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at this very place.
