حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، أُرَاهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تُفْتَرَشَ جُلُودُ السِّبَاعِ»
It is narrated from Abu al-Malih - probably from his father, Sayyiduna Usamah (may Allah be pleased with him) - that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade spreading out the skins of predatory animals.
