Hujr al-Madari from Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4932 — the Prophet ﷺ said: The path of both
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ، ثنا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرِ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى وَالرُّقْبَى سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The path of both the umra and the ruqba is the path of inheritance."
