Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4815 — a wolf bit a sheep, so they slaughtered

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that a wolf bit a sheep, so they slaughtered it with a sharp piece of stone, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted them to eat it.
