حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ يَأْخُذُهَا أَهْلُ الْبَيْتِ بِخَرْصِهَا يَأْكُلُونَهَا رُطَبًا»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted that a household take a gifted tree according to its estimated amount (by giving dates) so that they may eat its fruit fresh.
