Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) from Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4741 — Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit told him

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الشَّبَامِيُّ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا، وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) told him that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted selling araya for dried dates according to their estimated amount, and did not permit any other form.
