Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4417 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ate a joint
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الشَّاذَكُونِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَاقِدِيُّ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: «أَكَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُضْوًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ate a joint (of meat), then prayed, and did not perform ablution.
