Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4348 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one

حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أُسَيْدِ ابْنِ أَخِي رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا اسْتَغْنَى أَحَدُكُمْ أَرْضَهُ فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ أَوْ يَدَعْ»
«وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ»
«وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ»
It is narrated from Usayd (may Allah be pleased with him), the nephew of Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you has no need of his land, let him give it to his brother or leave it." And he (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade muzabanah.
