Muhammad bin Yahya bin Habban from Rafi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4335 — the Prophet ﷺ said: There is no cutting

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no cutting off (of the hand) for (stealing) fruit (on the tree) or the palm-pith (jummar)."
