محمود بن لبيد الأنصاري، عن رافع بن خديج
Mahmud bin Labid al-Ansari from Rafi bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4274 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The one
حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْعَطَّارُ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْعَامِلُ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ بِالْحَقِّ كَالْغَازِي فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one appointed to collect zakah who acts justly is like one who fights in the way of Allah, until he returns."
