سعيد بن المسيب، عن رافع بن خديج
Said bin al-Musayyab from Rafi bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4258 — he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكَلَ ذِرَاعًا، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ أَمَرَّ أَصَابِعَهُ عَلَى الْجِدَارِ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) eat a shoulder of meat; when he finished, he wiped his fingers on the wall, then he prayed Asr and Maghrib and did not perform ablution (wudu).
