حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ الْقَاضِي، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، ثنا طَارِقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ»
وَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا يَزْرَعُ ثَلَاثَةٌ: رَجُلٌ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَيَزْرَعُهَا، وَرَجُلٌ مَنَحَ أَرْضًا فَهُوَ يَزْرَعُ، وَرَجُلٌ اسْتَكْرَى بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ "
وَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا يَزْرَعُ ثَلَاثَةٌ: رَجُلٌ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَيَزْرَعُهَا، وَرَجُلٌ مَنَحَ أَرْضًا فَهُوَ يَزْرَعُ، وَرَجُلٌ اسْتَكْرَى بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade 'muhaqalah' and 'muzabanah',
and said: "Only three kinds of people cultivate land: a man who has his own land and cultivates it, a man who has been lent land and cultivates it, and a man who rents land for gold or silver."
