Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4241 — Rafi' bin Khadij came to us and related

Usayd bin Zuhayr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us and related that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade 'muhaqalah' and said: "Whoever has land and has no need of it, let him lend it to his brother."
And he also forbade 'muzabanah'.
