Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4239 — from Rafi' bin Khadij that the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَاجِيَةَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ»
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade renting out land.
