حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،: «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ» مَنْ شَهِدَ مَعَ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، خُوَيْلِدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَنْصَارِيُّ بَدْرِيٌّ مِنْ بَنِي سَلَمَةَ "
Ubaydullah bin Abi Rafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates: Among the names of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) who took part (in the battles) alongside Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) is Khuwaylid bin Amr al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a participant in Badr and belonged to Banu Salimah.
