Abu Sawrah, the nephew of Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him), from him

وَعَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ التَّصْعِيرِ؟ فقَالَ: «لَيٌّ فِي الشِّدْقِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about 'tas'ir', and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Twisting the cheek (out of arrogance)."
