Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3991 — he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say on the day of Friday: "Whoever takes a ritual bath (ghusl), applies some perfume if he has any, puts on his best clothes, then goes out and comes to the mosque, does not step over people's necks to get ahead, and keeps silent when the imam comes out for the sermon and does not speak, the sins between that and the following Friday are forgiven him."
