Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 380 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: This

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ هَذَا الْوَبَاءَ رِجْزٌ» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Usamah bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This epidemic is a punishment"; then the narrator narrated the complete hadith.
