Umarah bin Khuzaymah bin Thabit from his father Khuzaymah bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3713 — he said: Whoever commits a sin

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى زَحْمَوَيْهِ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا: ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «مَنْ أَصَابَ شَيْئًا أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ حَدُّ ذَلِكَ الذَّنْبِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَتُهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Khuzaymah bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Whoever commits a sin and the prescribed punishment (hadd) for that sin is carried out on him, that is its expiation."
