حارثة بن مضرب، عن خباب
Harithah bin Mudarrib from Khabbab (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3658 — We went to Sayyiduna Khabbab and he said

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّبٍ، قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَى خَبَّابٍ، فَقَالَ: «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَا أَمْلِكُ دِرْهَمًا وَهَذِهِ أَرْبَعُونَ أَلْفًا مَوْضُوعَةً»
Harithah bin Mudarrib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: We went to Sayyiduna Khabbab (may Allah be pleased with him) and he said: "I saw myself with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in such a state that I did not own even a single dirham, and today these forty thousand are lying here."
