حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زُغْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا مِنَ الصَّلَوَاتِ صَلَاةٌ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ، وَمَا أَحْسَبُ مَنْ شَهِدَهَا مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا مَغْفُورًا لَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ubaydah bin al-Jarrah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no prayer among the prayers more excellent than the Fajr prayer in congregation on Friday, and I do not think that whoever of you attends it will be anything but forgiven."
