Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3548 — he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Habis al-Tamimi (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is nothing to the owl (omen), the evil eye is true, and the truest of omens is the good omen."
